Delivery Policy

Application Range

• Applies to orders delivered in all provinces and cities across the country.

• Website, Fanpage, Zalo, or direct contact to Nutty hotline number are all eligible sales channels.

 

Delivery and Pickup Time

• For inner-city areas. Ho Chi Minh Same-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Orders verified after 12:00 pm will be delivered the following afternoon or morning.

• For Vung Tau, Binh Duong, and Cu Chi areas: Delivery within 1–2 business days from order confirmation (excluding public holidays and Tet).

• For other areas: The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days after the order is verified.

• Nutty staff delivers directly.

• Use delivery services like GrabExpress, GHN Express, and Viettel Post...

 

Delivery Fees

• Orders over 1,000,000 VND qualify for free shipping nationwide.

• For orders of less than 1,000,000 VND:

  • Ho Chi Minh City area (old): The shipping price is 20,000 VND each order.

  • Other areas, including Vung Tau, Binh Duong, and Cu Chi: Shipping fee is VND 30,000 per order.
