Fine Robusta is Robusta coffee that scores 80 points or higher in professional evaluation, reaching the same recognized threshold as specialty coffee. This is not ordinary Robusta roasted dark just to taste “strong.” It is Robusta that has been carefully selected, processed, and roasted to express the true flavor potential of the bean.
Lạc Tố Fine Robusta Brewing comes from the Cu M’gar region (Dak Lak) and is roasted to a Medium Light level, optimized for filter brewing methods.
Origin: Cu M’gar, Dak Lak
Cu M’gar lies within the Dak Lak coffee belt, a region long associated with Vietnamese Robusta. When properly cared for and processed, Robusta from this area develops a clear, clean, and layered flavor profile, different from the common perception that it is only bitter and heavy.
