After drying, the lotus seeds develop a beautiful natural golden colour, a light and crispy texture, and a distinctive rich, nutty flavour, making them an enjoyable snack for all ages.
 
To preserve their quality, the lotus seeds are harvested at the appropriate stage of maturity and transported to the factory within a short period of time for processing. The seeds are peeled and the bitter lotus germs are removed. Each seed is then carefully selected, with immature, hardened, darkened, or substandard seeds removed before drying.
